This cleanse was incredible. I did 6 days and by the end felt like a lighter, healthier, brand new person. I love that the juice is organic and comes in glass bottles (there is no point in a juice cleanse if you're consuming microplastics in plastic bottles). The juice itself was delicious and made me feel satiated. Garry is a gem, he offered advice to help me prep for the cleanse, which helped minimise detox symptoms and maximise the cleanse benefits, and he sent encouraging messages throughout the cleanse to make sure I was okay and felt taken care of. He answered all of my questions and overall this was a perfect experience that has had an amazing impact on my health. I will be doing this at least once if not twice a year!
